Where we work
The My Stringer mobile restringing van is based at Vauxhall Park. We are available for restringing at here from 2pm to 4pm, Monday to Friday. From 4pm onwards, we offer a mobile service and can provide restringing at your door.
For mobile restringing, our service area includes London addresses within a 5 mile radius of Vauxhall Park. Simply book a time through our online calendar, and your racket will be restrung in less than 30 minutes while you wait.
Alternatively, you can leave your racket with us and return to collect at a time that best suits you (within our opening hours). If you’re not able to reach us during the times available on our online calendar, please do give us a call on 07927204524. We can recommend courier options or facilitate an after hours service for you.
*For customers who might live in the congestion you have 2 options:
Pay an additional fee to cover over congestion zone charge or meet us on the edge of the congestion zone & we string the racket whilst you wait (only 20 mins max)

Did you know that it is recommend that you should restring your racket every 3 months?

We can come into the congestion zone, however there will be an additional cost incurred. We can offer to meet you just outside the congestion zone and restring your racket whilst you wait (this will be a max of 20 mins).

Payment is made by card at the time of booking when you schedule a restringing or tennis lesson via our online calendar.
If you have chosen a hybrid or full natural gut string option, you will be sent a payment link for the additional amount either prior or during your restringing.

Restringing takes approximately 20 minutes per racket. We reserve 30 minutes for each “on the spot” appointment to allow time for consultation regarding the string type and tension for your racket.
